My name is Lexia Crawford, CEO, Mentor, and Creative Director of Bitz n' Pieces Boutique.

I create, design, and style unique decor to enhance the beauty of spaces for unique people while motivating and inspiring them to chase their own entrepreneurial dreams. I do this through in-person/virtual consultations, mentoring, live speaking engagements and group sessions.

I've been a business owner since 2006, hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, over 15 years+ of experience in business development, and a community business mentor, advocate, & project manager.

Lexia founded a non-profit [101 Prep] in 2017 to inspire youth ages 15-25 to go after their dreams and creative aspirations of entrepreneurship through creative mentor and partnerships. She recently launched an online movement to [the blonde fro.] to support and help others recover from mental illness, depression, and anxiety. The blonde fro is a movement for a new generation to help turn loss, challenges, and pain into courage to move forward in life, victoriously; activating your God-given power.
